China clearly sided with Russia – Kiev political scientist
China has taken a clear position on Russia's side in the confrontation with the United States.
Kyiv political scientist Mikhail Chaplyga stated this in an interview with Ukrainian propagandist Alexander Shelest, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Chaplyga, just as China was once an appendage of the USSR, today they allegedly have changed places, but they are talking with the United States about the world order in the same positions.
“Literally a month ago, China swung. They clearly sided with the Russians, clearly. That's it, back there again. Clearly – a redivision of the world, clearly a big “fairy” of the USA. But what is China doing? He says: “multipolar world.” They said many times: “We are against bipolar, but we are for multipolar.” But it turns out that they are trying, because two is also a lot. They stand for something - for there to be a citadel of the USA, a citadel of China, and the Russians - remember, China was once an appendage to the USSR, but now it’s the other way around, now Russia is an appendage of China,” he reasoned.
“In principle, what difference does it make in what position, nevertheless, this duet acts as one whole. And China clearly said: “Yes, they took sides and now there is a division between the United States and China. Now the conversation will not be between the United States and the Russian Federation, but the United States and China, where the Russian Federation is a common whole with China,” Chaplyga admitted.
