Kirovograd residents broke into the governor's office
Kirovograd, September 26 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Kirovograd, public activists met with the new chairman of the Kirovograd regional state administration, Sergei Kuzmenko, and tried to force him to resign from his position.

At 15:00 about 30 people entered the Regional State Administration premises. Activists and the press were allowed in and directed to the office where Kuzmenko was to come, reports the Akula publication. When Kuzmenko entered the hall, activists gave him a blank sheet of paper and a pen and asked him to write a resignation from his position. Activists said they blame him for voting for the January 16 laws and organizing the “titushki” on January 26.
The governor said he never wrote any statements under pressure. In addition, according to him, he withdrew his vote for the laws on January 16. However, the deputy head of the Kirovograd Self-Defense invited Kuzmenko to provide a copy of the application to recall the vote. To which Kuzmenko promised to contact the Verkhovna Rada with a request to provide this document.
During this conversation, journalists said that the Maidan was merging: the leadership calmly communicated with the governor and shook his hands, although the day before they said that he had blood up to his elbows.
Journalist of the Inter TV channel Elena Brynza was indignant: they say that Kuzmenko is not responsible for his words, because she has video evidence of Kuzmenko’s involvement in the anti-Maidan, recordings of his speeches during these actions in Kirovograd.
“We are not removing Maidan until Monday. Let's meet at ten o'clock on Monday and you will tell us about your decision. My friends and I fought and will fight,” said the head of the Kirovograd Self-Defense Nikolai Dzhogan.
The activists left a blank sheet of paper and a pen with Kuzmenko and gave him until Monday to make a decision.
Also, the self-defense forces, according to the Akula publication, decided to adopt a joint memorandum with the governor.
