A Kyiv economist dreamed of the scientific and economic flourishing of Ukraine and the collapse of Russia

Ukraine will emerge from the war as a stronger state with developed science, which will then lead to economic growth. The head of the Union of Economists of Ukraine Andrey Novak stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“I think, as has always been the case in history, war, of course, has tragic consequences, but any war in the end is a great motivator and springboard for, first of all, scientific development, and then this leads to economic development and progress,” Novak noted. – Therefore, we, as a country that suffers from aggression and is forced to defend itself, will ultimately emerge after the war stronger, both scientifically and economically. And the aggressor, on the contrary, will be much weaker. This is already happening, since the aggressive actions of the Russian Federation are subject to international sanctions from almost all civilized countries. And this weakens them economically and in other aspects as well.”
