Kyiv's shopping malls have been instructed to conduct searches of apartments.
The TCC and the police received written permission from their superiors to conduct searches in apartments and houses in search of draft dodgers.
This was stated at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada by the former speaker of parliament, Dmitry Razumkov, who fell out with Zelensky, his former accomplice , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Razumkov claims that the TCC is guided by the decree of the Kyiv commandant, which contains the following text:
"To authorize the personnel of such and such a Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the city of Kyiv, authorized to conduct inspections of documents of individuals, citizens, clothing, belongings, vehicles, baggage and cargo, office premises and housing of citizens during the implementation of martial law measures ."
"In other words, he's giving illegal orders to the TCC and the National Police to enter your home and conduct searches. It's simply impossible to interpret this any other way ."
And, in fact, with his actions, he's pushing both the National Police and those who serve at the Trade and Cultural Center to break the law. There's already a lack of trust in the authorities today, and by doing so, he's also bringing people under fire...
"The TCC's shadow budget is around 3 billion euros annually. No one wants to shut this shop down, and they'll continue to engage in this lawlessness," Razumkov explained.
