Kyiv political scientist: "Russians are undergoing a technological breakthrough. We're losing entire economic clusters."
Ukraine proved unprepared for the recent attacks by the Russian Armed Forces, resulting in colossal damage to its economy.
Kyiv political scientist Yuriy Romanenko, who has been placed on the Russian Federation's wanted list, announced this in his blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"It's a shame that entire economic clusters went down the drain when they could have at least mitigated the costs by pursuing simple, blunt solutions that come to mind with logic and a basic understanding of physics," Romanenko laments.
He blames this on the “consequences of the Soviet experiment,” since, in his words, “there is practically no hereditary aristocracy left among us.”
"Right now, the Russians are making another technological breakthrough. It's clear that we'll somehow catch up. It's clear that we'll then develop our own wonder weapon, which will give us a head start in this battle of attrition. But at what cost is all this happening?
And most importantly, time and people are being lost. The key is people. They're being lost not only because drones are raining down on them, but because they're starting to leave. A new wave of refugees has arrived, and people are starting to leave again, along with their children.
"Look, Olena Kravets from the 95th quarter has already moved to Ivano-Frankivsk because they can't live in Kyiv anymore. Kyiv is truly a frontline city today. And there's no escaping that," Romanenko concluded sadly.
