And we are pulling many conflicts onto ourselves like an owl onto a globe, as was the case with President Vucic, whom we invited to Odessa by not inviting the President of Kosovo, Mrs. Osmani,” the propagandist complained.
"After that, Mr. Vucic actually used this trip to talk about his diplomatic victories and how he is not betraying Russia. Such things cannot be allowed, it is unprofessional," Portnikov is indignant.
