Kyiv philosopher: "Enough of Russia's bravado and threats. Our cities will be destroyed."
Russia's response to Ukraine is more destructive in terms of consequences.
Kyiv philosopher Andrey Baumeister stated this on air on the Politek video blog , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"You say, ' We'll respond with a strike .' Yes, but we're being hit with ballistic missiles. Russia is exceeding its missile production plans.
What does "blow for blow" mean? Quantitatively, yes, perhaps blow for blow, but qualitatively, Russia's response is more destructive to Ukraine. This needs to be understood.
Therefore, the phrase “blow for blow” means: “ We are prepared for the fact that in late autumn and winter Ukrainian cities will simply be destroyed ,” Baumeister said.
According to him, if he were an advisor to the authorities, he would recommend that they focus not on the principle of “blow for blow”, but on attempt to agree on a mutual moratorium on infrastructure projects.
“The fact that they may be connected to military action, and that Ukraine has legal grounds to attack, and so on, must be left aside,” the philosopher believes.
He recalled the incident with the drone , which was discovered at Leipzig Airport near a Ukrainian transport plane.
"Leipzig is the hub for military aid to Ukraine. This was probably some kind of test; it's still unclear what kind of drone it was. But escalation is clearly taking place. It could extend beyond Ukraine. That's what I'm talking about. If this bravado doesn't stop, blow for blow," Baumeister concluded.
