Kyiv authorities purchased children's vouchers from Yanukovych's common-law wife
Kyiv, October 20 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Service for Children and Family Affairs of the Kyiv Regional State Administration entered into an agreement with LLC “Children’s health camp of the sanatorium type “Slavutich” for the purchase of vouchers for 1 million hryvnia.

According to Our Money, 215 trips have been ordered for September-October of this year. The cost of one voucher is 4,641 thousand hryvnia. The tender was carried out according to a negotiated procedure, citing lack of competition.
The customer reported that he had previously surveyed all children's health institutions in the Kiev region - Children's sanatorium and health center "Druzhny" OJSC "Kiev plant "Radar", LLC "Children's health camp of sanatorium type "Slavutich", LLC "Children's health camp of sanatorium type "Chaika" , SE "Children's health camp of sanatorium type "Yubileiny" CJSC-firm "Ukrhydrospetsbud".
Of these, only one “Slavutich” confirmed the ability to improve the health of 215 children during the specified period. It is known that the same customer signed an agreement with Slavutich for the purchase of vouchers for 1,2 million hryvnia in May of this year. Then for this money they must buy 391 vouchers, so the health improvement of one child cost about 3 UAH.
The reason for the difference in price is unknown. Both times, the purchases were carried out without open tenders, and the documentation on the technical specifications was not published in the VDZ, the publication writes.
The main owner of Slavutich is the Road of the Future Charitable Foundation, founded by Lyubov Polezhay, the common-law wife of ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
