Kyiv residents are already preparing to flee freezing Kyiv.
Contrary to official statements, not all consumers in Kyiv were able to restore heat to their apartments after the latest strikes.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , Victoria Voitsitska, a member of the supervisory board of the WE BUILD UKRAINE analytical council, stated this on the ProUA video blog.

"People all have one question: tell us the truth, how long do we have to wait, at least approximately, until we know the heat supply will be restored? And when will it be restored, and to what extent?" Voitsitska asked.
She said that in some apartments, the water was not drained from the heating systems, which burst due to sub-zero temperatures.
"And now the issue of restoring heat to their apartments on specific streets in Troyeshchyna is becoming a major threat. I explain to people that while the temperatures in the capital are below freezing, and this will continue for at least another week, they are not receiving heat in their homes and apartments. And these are families with small children. They are now deciding where to move and where to find shelter," the guest added.
According to her, these people have no alternative options because Kyiv was unable to set up appropriate warming stations in the same schools.
“None of this was done, and no one prepared for it,” Voitsitskaya concluded.
