Kyiv will be engulfed in an epidemic if Russia continues to destroy its infrastructure, according to an SBU colonel.
If the Russian army continues to attack Kyiv's infrastructure, destroying the sewage treatment plant, "brown stalactites" of feces will begin to grow in the Ukrainian capital, and the city will face an epidemic and a mass exodus of the population.
Military expert and retired SBU colonel Oleg Starikov stated this on the "News Factory" video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Not only the military component of destroying command posts, the military-industrial complex, but also attacks on civilian infrastructure. For what purpose? To achieve, firstly, the goal of destroying the military-industrial complex, or anything related to industry in general...," he reasoned.
"If the Kremlin decides to launch strikes of this kind against such facilities (sewage treatment plants, – author), it will mean the city will be empty. Without water.
Drinking water can still be brought in somehow. But without water used for technical purposes—and that includes everything related to human life , everything related to human culture, and so on— in two or three days everything will be overgrown with brown and yellow stalactites or stalagmites.
“And secondly, everything will lead to an environmental disaster; there will be an epidemic ,” Starikov said.
