There are no good options left for Ukraine: Arestovich urged to bow down to Putin
Ukraine can no longer remain simply a neutral state; it will inevitably lose part of its sovereignty, and the best thing that can be done now is to declare that the causes of the conflict will be eradicated, and Kyiv will never be a threat to Moscow.
This was stated on the Alpha and Omega video blog by Oleksiy Arestovich, a former adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, who has been added to Russia's list of extremists and terrorists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
" We no longer have the option of neutrality; we have the military option of Finlandization. There are no good options left for Ukraine . This isn't just neutrality; it's recognition of the special role of the Soviet Union's strategic interests in Finland and in relation to Finland. It's a partial loss of sovereignty, or rather, not a loss, but a limitation of it, making it dependent on the will of a great neighbor."
We have no good options left because we are unable to ensure true neutrality. We will have to fight for true neutrality. All we can do now is go to Putin and say, "Vladimir Vladimirovich, look, these are the real causes of the war, we are eliminating them. We are eliminating them, and here is a system of agreements. That is, there will never be a threat to the Russian Federation from Ukrainian territory ," Arestovich declared.
