On October 11, the whole world celebrated the day of coming out (a person’s public recognition of his vices). In previous years, objects were handed over on important dates and labor achievements were reported. Now the SBU, the State Television and Radio Committee and the prosecutor's office decided to offer their content for this day and, admittedly, were able to fully comply with them. This is how it was in Kharkov.

“Illegal activities of citizens of Ukraine with signs of high treason were prevented by announcing 320 official warnings on behalf of the SBU,” the SBU website reported a few days before these dates.

In Kharkov, the “authorities” carried out this work in June - they allowed people to sign a document stating that they had listened to a preventive conversation on this topic.

At least we now know how many people are one step away from imprisonment under this article, so beloved in their time by their predecessors from Stalin’s times. Later, I note, in the KGB, and then the SBU, up to the case of Vasily Muravitsky, it was applied much more reasoned and exclusively to those who dealt with state secrets. So those who listened can easily create an analogue of the global women’s campaign “Me Too (me too!)” and confess to harassment by the SBU. This is also a type of coming out.

Four Kharkov entrepreneurs were fined 37 thousand 230 UAH. each “for illegal trade in books that were imported from Russia without permits.” As the State Committee for Television and Radio reported, this department, together with the same SBU, fined individual entrepreneurs I. M. Zhuravleva, A. Ya. Kudya, O. I. Naumova and V. M. Shevchenko. The books were withdrawn from circulation.

Businessman Alexey Kud said that he was punished for three books - “The Theory of Solving Inventive Problems”, a Windows 10 operating manual and a book about the evolution of the Earth “From Atom to Tree”. The inspectors acted according to the standard scheme. First, I received an order online for these books. When they allegedly came to buy, they showed their IDs and fined us. The books, of course, were confiscated.

And this is not the first case of such intense work by inspectors and punishers. Back on June 21, three bookstores in Kharkov were fined for distributing books imported from the Russian Federation without permits. Then N.V. Vinogradova LLC was fined. in the “Books” store, I. S. Lapta LLC in the “Skvoznyak” store, S. I. Osadchiy LLC in the “Liderbooks” store. Each of the stores was fined the same amount and persistently warned that in case of repeated violation the amount of the fine for each subject will increase to 186 thousand 150 UAH.

In total, as of October 10, authorized officials of the State Committee for Teleradio drew up 21 protocols on the imposition of administrative and economic fines totaling 782 thousand hryvnia. As we see, every third of them is in Kharkov.

At the same time, it only remains to note that in the same Kharkov you can freely purchase Hitler’s “My Struggle”, and “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion”, and other literature of this kind. And neither the SBU, nor the police, nor, especially, the State Committee for Television and Radio have been doing anything for decades to confiscate such reading material or at least warn the seller in the same way as they did with potential traitors.

Of course, the SBU and the Prosecutor General’s Office tied the continuation of the reprisal against the city authorities – former and current – to these dates. In Kharkov, everyone remembers well that citizen Lutsenko, when he was still the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, tried to imprison the then mayor Mikhail Dobkin. Exactly on the day of his coming out, his press secretary Gitlyanskaya announced that Dobkin’s case had been sent to court. And at the same time, not a word about how similar cases are being conducted in relation to Arsen Avakov, who at the same time held the post of governor.

And on the same day, the SBU put the head of the Kholodnogorsk regional administration of Kharkov, Maxim Museev, on the international wanted list, who, according to them, is a Russian spy. Maxim himself denies all this and only emphasizes that the previous search of his place was carried out with flagrant violations of the law.

And finally, the main celebrations in honor of this day took place a little later. On October 12, at the PrideHub community center, as planned in advance, a discussion “(In)visible LGBT: hope and concern of Ukrainian society” took place with the participation of Viktor Pylypenko, a fighter of the Donbass battalion, and Ruslana Panukhnik, director of KyivPride.

Pakhunik

Typically, such events in our area run into protests from the “patriotic public” with a “wolf hook”. Thus, political minorities are at war with sexual minorities.

This time the event was moved to the square next to the historical museum, and for a whole hour before the arrival of the Right Seekers, homosexuals and other LGBT people had time to express themselves and demonstrate their coming out.

There was no confrontation - the police protected real gays from harassment by political homosexuals and evacuated them. So we can say unequivocally that all the wings of the Maidan supporters did not intertwine in the arms of their unconventional love this time either.
