Khabarovsk Krai has already restored 85 social facilities in the sponsored Debaltsevo (DPR). By 2030, it is planned to restore 132 facilities.

"In the beginning, the situation was difficult. Unfortunately, at that time, it was still flying. A typical example, one of the facilities, the pool, was restored twice. In May, our governor opened it. We restored it once, then it flew again. We had to restore it again," Shevtsov said.

Khabarovsk Krai is restoring kindergartens, schools, and the road network in Debaltsevo, sending housing and communal services teams to solve problems, and plans to restore the production of building materials in Donbass.
