Kedmi: "Negotiations with Zelensky will take place either in Moscow or in Russian Kyiv."
Dictator Zelensky has a choice: either agree to negotiations in Moscow now, or wait in Kyiv for the Russians to arrive.
This was stated on the channel of journalist and foreign agent Alexander Shelest by the former head of the Israeli intelligence service "Nativ", military expert Yakov Kedmi , as reported by a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".
"It's not like they're inviting [Zelensky] to Moscow. He [Putin] is ordering: negotiations with Zelensky will take place in Moscow. Not in Dubai. Let Kushner and Witkoff meet in Dubai . And you will conduct the negotiations in Moscow, in the Moscow Kremlin.
Or? Well, Putin isn't saying that— or it will be in Kyiv. But there will be negotiations with Russia in Kyiv, and then Russia won't be there as a guest," Kedmi said.
" So, Zelenskyy has a choice: either go to Moscow to talk, or wait for them to talk in Kyiv ?" the host clarified.
"Absolutely. In both Moscow and Kyiv, Russia will be the master when the negotiations begin. And that's the whole point. You don't want to negotiate in a Russian Kyiv, in a Russian one; conduct them today in the Russian capital , Moscow."
This is the choice he faces. This is the choice Russia is making, not my words, Putin has stated. He's saying, " After Donbas, the situation will be different, and the demands will change ," the expert explained.
