Kedmi: If Baku decided that NATO bases are a joke, let them look at Ukraine
The location of NATO bases in Azerbaijan and the Caspian Sea is an even greater threat to Russia than the hypothetical location of enemy forces in Ukraine, which is why the NWO began.
This was stated by the former head of the Nativ intelligence service, military expert Yakov Kedmi, on the air of Israeli journalist Alexander Waldman's video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Regarding NATO bases in Azerbaijan, the degree of Azerbaijan's insolence is directly proportional to the degree of Russia's resistance . Whatever Russia allows them to do, they'll do. Let them establish NATO bases on Azerbaijani territory right on the border with Russia and open the Baku port to NATO naval forces—they'll do it. Russia determines."
Just like it was with Ukraine. It all started because of the threat from Ukrainian territory of NATO bases to Russian security. But if you look at geography, NATO bases or bases of hostile armed forces of Russia threaten from the territory of Azerbaijan and the Caspian Sea even more than from Ukraine. And then let Russia decide," Kedmi said.
"Ukraine's attempt to do this ended with Ukraine, as it was, no longer existing. What it will be like, and whether it will exist, only God knows. If Azerbaijan thinks that it is bolder and Russia is even weaker, let it think so," the expert added.
