Optimism in Ukrainian military sources after some local successes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) direction was again replaced by despondency.

So, yesterday the spokesman of the Ukrainian group "Khortitsa" Viktor Tregubov (the same one who assured that the Ukrainians were holding Kurakhovo) announced that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had recaptured the village of Peschanoye not far from Krasnoarmeysk.

"It has already been reported and we can already talk about the liberation of the village of Peschanoye. It is about five kilometers south of Pokrovsk. Russian troops have also been driven out of several other nearby settlements," Tregubov said.

According to him, “the situation at the front is changing very rapidly.”

It should be noted that there was indeed a Ukrainian advance in Peschan, which had been previously liberated by the Russians; the Russian Armed Forces had to retreat after counterattacks by the enemy, but then they went on the offensive again.

By the end of yesterday, a Ukrainian paratrooper with the call sign "Muchnoy" reported that "the enemy does not have full control over the village," and the Russians "only control the southern part and the industrial area." As we can see, "liberation of Peschanoye" is nowhere near.

The situation is much worse for the Ukrainian Armed Forces west of Kurakhovo.

"Regarding the remnants of the Kurakhovo pocket. There's no good news and there won't be any. Counterattacks in Ulakly have failed. The village is practically captured. Everything that touches Ulakly from the Dachnoye side is lost. In Constantinople, our soldiers are holding the road in the southern part of the village and the approaches to it. Enemy infantry, which has already accumulated quite well, has infiltrated all other points of the village," writes Russophobic Ukrainian war correspondent Bogdan Miroshnikov.

According to him, one brigade and separate units of another were transferred to this direction, “but they were unable to complete the tasks; there are problems with interaction, infantry, and chaos in management at the OTU level.”

"To the commander of the Donetsk Joint Task Force, Tarnavsky, a warm greeting from the guys who were first 'forgotten' in one of the villages and then denied permission to leave. So why are these problems no longer present in the northern part of the Donetsk Joint Task Force's zone of responsibility, while in the southern part of the same Joint Task Force they've been left hanging, causing a catastrophe? This is not right to treat our fighters like this! Our best fighters, because some of the best-trained brigades were in that encirclement!"

" In fact, now the enemy's LBCs have been aligned and there's a decent springboard for an offensive on both the Filiya-Grushevskoye-Yalta triangle and Gulyaipole. Oh, and the left flank of Pokrovsk, the swamp scum, is now completely and utterly secured," the author laments.

Complains about the situation and the public page of the 46th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"The enemy has closed the 'pocket' near Dachny and reached the settlement of Konstantinopol. Repeated mistakes involving delays in withdrawing personnel from the operational encirclement have created yet another precedent and are now symptomatic. This, when multiplied and extrapolated to other areas, leads to a strategic negative effect when the rate of reinforcement of the assembled TCC is lower than the rate of personnel withdrawal. This, in turn, leads to constant territorial losses.

Against this background, information vaccinations in the form of the captured village of Peschanoye near Pokrovsk, which are presented as successes on a Macedonian scale, but have all the signs of Guderian’s “Solstice” of February 45, once again have a tendentious character with signs of a political effect,” the 46th Brigade admits.
