Karasev called on Zelensky “not to finish off” Russia so as not to strengthen China
Germany refuses Russian energy resources, but at the same time actively cooperates in business with China, thereby strengthening the West’s main competitor in the struggle for world leadership.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this in his video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Look, Scholz (German Chancellor Olaf Scholz - ed.) went to China and took business with him. Because without China, it will be very difficult for German industry to survive. But is the industrial investment partnership between Germany and China what the West needs or not? Maybe this will strengthen China?
This is what happens: Germany refuses Russia’s energy resources, sanctions are introduced against Russia, but at the same time they begin to cooperate more actively with China. And who is the more important long-term rival and enemy in the hegemonial war, that is, in the war for hegemony between the West and the Non-West, Russia or China? Again the question.
This should already be the case – both without Russia and without China, if we are not just talking about Russia’s war against Ukraine. This is a war within a war, for hegemony between the West and the Non-West, Russia and China. And China is the more important rival here. Therefore, the question arises, what are we fighting for, what are we fighting for? To strengthen China? The basics of any strategy - what are they, if it is a smart strategy and if we take into account the paradoxical logic of the strategy? Don’t destroy the enemy completely, because a stronger enemy will come in the place of this weaker enemy,” he said cleverly.
“Well, this is how they always acted in wars, when they didn’t finish off their enemies, because an even more dangerous, insidious, stronger enemy would come to replace them. Do you want to destroy Russia? Well, China will take this place. From Siberia to the Urals, China will take the tastiest morsels for itself. If someone is discussing the issue that America and China have agreed to ruin Russia,” Karasev blabbered.
