Zelensky's quarantine policy caused collapse and angry reactions in big cities
The measures introduced by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his team to “counteract” the coronavirus epidemic plunged Kyiv into chaos and completely paralyzed it.
The corresponding video recordings were published in the local news agency “Operational Kyiv,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Published stories show dozens of people lining up in long lines for public transport, and in some places, residents of the Ukrainian capital, outraged by the “quarantine” measures, are blocking traffic.

Thus, on Taras Shevchenko Square, people blocked the movement of a trolleybus, the driver of which did not want to carry more passengers than proposed by Kievpastrans.

At the same time, near the Chernigovskaya metro station, people tried to storm minibuses because the police did not allow more than 10 people into the transport. According to eyewitnesses, people stopped one bus, blocked its way, and began to get inside. People pushed away police officers and broke into buses.

Throughout the city, law enforcement officers have to beg people to comply with the rules invented by Vladimir Zelensky’s team.

The “quarantine measures” introduced by the Ukrainian government did not spare Kyiv stores. Thus, the ATB supermarket chain introduced a limit on the number of people. Now no more than 15 people can be present in retail premises at a time.

Kyiv resident Yulia Lyakhovich also commented on what was happening in the Ukrainian capital. According to her, there is a severe shortage of essential goods in local pharmacies.
“A person close to me is in the hospital. Kyiv. Every day we go to pharmacies, the picture is as follows:
-medical alcohol – no;
– no masks;
– no hand sanitizers;
– tinctures of propolis, calendula – no;
– oxolinic ointment – no.
And this is just the beginning…” she wrote on the social network.
As a reminder, in Odessa, local residents of the Kotovsky housing estate blocked tram tracks in protest against anti-virus measures introduced by the government.
