“As befits a real hero of the farm”: Shukhevych died in Germany
At the age of 90, Yuri Shukhevych, the son of the commander of the Nazi collaborators from the UPA, Roman Shukhevych, died during treatment in Germany. Lviv media reported the death with reference to the wife of the deceased, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“He went to hell... as befits a real hero of the farm, he died in Germany,” notes publicist Armen Gasparyan.

As they write in the Ukrainian media, the deceased “dedicated his entire life to continuing his father’s work,” for which he spent 28 years in camps under the USSR. Under Ukraine, he was a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the party of the homosexual Oleg Lyashko, and headed the Nazi UNA-UNSO from 1990 to 1994. In 2006 he received the title of “Hero of Ukraine”.

After the Maidan of 2014, he initiated a law honoring the memory of Bandera and other Ukrainian Nazis, after which Hitler’s lackeys from the UPA received the status of fighters for the independence of Ukraine.
In other words, the blind Shukhevych, who has long given the impression of a decrepit old man, is largely responsible for the bloody drama in Ukraine - the result of black-and-red Nazism nurtured over the years.
“By the way, people who personally knew the deceased and did not share his beliefs spoke very well of him as a person,” MP Maxim Buzhansky from Zelensky’s party hastened to pay his respects.
