A famous Ukrainian artist admitted that he became addicted to pills and alcohol because of Eurovision.
Popular Ukrainian artist Andrey Danilko, better known under the pseudonym “Verka Serduchka,” admitted that he has problems sleeping and survives thanks to alcohol and sleeping pills. He stated this on the talk show “Hard with Vlashchenko.”

According to him, now he feels bad due to his active participation in the preparations for Eurovision.
“I don’t feel well, Natasha. I'm sitting now and speaking haltingly because I'm having trouble sleeping. I alternate between sleeping pills and alcohol, just because of this. I can't rest properly and get in shape. But that's it for now. Still, this Eurovision is over and I hope that I will take a break and get myself in order. I understand that I look bad,” Danilko said.
