As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , a Soviet heavy tank, the IS-3, was installed near the Central House of Officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Its abbreviation stands for the initials of Joseph Stalin, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War.

The inscription on the sign installed nearby states that this tank was removed by DPR units from its pedestal in Konstantinovka and was later used in battles against the Kyiv group, and later in Slavyansk it went to the soldiers of the 95th Airmobile Brigade and the special unit of the State Security Service as a trophy.
