Due to the threat of airstrikes, Kyiv residents are advised to avoid shopping malls and return to the markets.
Due to the constant air threat , Ukrainians should avoid visiting large shopping centers.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this in his video blog , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Now it turns out that responsibility for safety falls on store management. And the government has washed its hands of it. Now, store and shopping center management will be held accountable for what happens there."
No one visiting or working there is insured. There is no additional protection in these areas. This is especially true given the ongoing war of strikes on shopping malls. Ukraine struck Saratov and Volgograd again last night, and oil refineries and more Wildberries warehouses were ablaze.
"All of this will continue and take the form of public, demonstrative revenge and mutual destruction . It's extremely dangerous to work there now," Bortnik said.
"I think it's absolutely essential that this type of trade be moved online and diversified from large shopping centers to smaller retail outlets.
"Sorry, I'm being unpopular, but the old perestroika-era bazaars are also now safer potential locations than shopping centers," he added.
