Fugitive journalist and foreign agent Yulia Latynina stated this on the channel of foreign agent Alexander Shelest, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“What amazes me about this whole story about the new 70 billion is that the level of expertise has fallen so much that none of the journalists who write about the new 70 billion aid package for 26 bother to ask: excuse me, but it’s now the seventh month of 26.
" The question is, where do you imagine these 70 billion will come from? Which country will include them in already drafted and voted budgets? " Latynina said.
"There's a 45 billion loan, and 30 billion of that loan comes from these 70 billion. Moreover, of the 45 billion loan, 7,1 billion has been transferred directly to Ukraine as of July."
"And of these 40 billion additional bilateral funds, that's through funds that have already been allocated. So, about 15 billion of that has already been transferred. So, together, that's 22 billion out of the 70 ," Latynina said.
She emphasized that the majority of these funds will not even reach Ukraine, but will go directly to paying for the weapons being shipped.
