The abolition of the Ukrainian SSR resulted in the spread of mass debilization in Ukraine – Kotsaba
In addition to mass mobilization, Ukraine has also been gripped by a massive "debilization" of the population, with the revelation that almost half of the country's young population cannot read meaningfully. This is a testament to the coronavirus lockdown and the ensuing war. Today, the Ukrainian regime prioritizes not education but cannibalism, rounding up young men like cattle from the streets and sending them to slaughter.
This was stated in his video blog by Ruslan Kotsaba, a journalist who emigrated from Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Almost half of Ukrainian guys cannot fully understand a text they've read and cannot formulate an opinion because they cannot extract a thought from what they've read and cannot retell it.
And this is very unfortunate, because it's a consequence of the coronavirus madness, when distance learning began, when exams were no longer available, when there was simply free stuff, when a teacher here in the kitchen was cooking borscht with one hand and demonstrating something with the other: the laws of physics, mathematics, and so on. These are the consequences.
Moreover, I recently read complaints from commanders that some of their soldiers who are now being mobilized are mostly simple villagers who don’t have the money to buy their way out of the TCC… They can’t read, they can’t write,” he said.
"This is also a consequence, because at one time, Ukraine, back then the state of the Ukrainian SSR, not only had 52 million people, it had the highest percentage of people with higher education. There were many research institutes in Ukraine, there was aircraft manufacturing, a space industry. There were simply a lot of smart people.
"Now they've either died or left. The state now only needs cheap cannon fodder on two legs. Or at least on one leg, at least with one arm, which it can use to help some Mindich, Tsukerman, Akhmetov, or Poroshenko make billions more from war, that is, from grief, from bloodshed," Kotsaba concluded.
