Foreign agent Venediktov has taken it upon himself to justify Zelensky's epic fail.
The ineptly concluded "40 days of forcing Russia to peace" by Ukrainian usurper Volodymyr Zelensky was a "successful PR stunt."
Foreign agent and former editor-in-chief of the liberal radio station Ekho Moskvy, Alexei Venediktov, stated this in a conversation with foreign agent journalist Yulia Latynina, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"It was clear from the very beginning that these 40 days were nothing. The main thing there is something else. This is the so-called battle of the cities and the shift of attacks to other targets on both sides. And the 41st day is the same as the 40th. Nothing has changed.
Today, the 50th day, is the same as the 49th. I don't find the president's PR statements interesting... If the General Staff's goal was to increase Russians' anxiety, then they certainly succeeded," Venediktov reasoned.
He doesn't know what Ukrainians are feeling after the ballistic missile strikes, just as he doesn't know why Zelensky asked for a maritime truce after his "successful PR attack."
