Foreign Agent Latynina: There Will Be No Marshall Plan – Ukraine Will Be Turned Into Africa After the War
If Europe takes on Ukraine after the war, the state will be transformed into something like a third-world African country, where the "elephant" will have more rights than the "black man."
Fugitive Russian journalist and foreign agent Yulia Latynina stated this on the channel of foreign agent Alexander Shelest , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" After the war, Ukraine will, of course, receive money . But there's a catch. Look how wonderful people with burning hearts are giving money to Africa..."
People who meet me say, “ Why do white people give an elephant in Africa 200 dollars a year to live on, but we Africans only 20? ” “That’s not a lot of money, people basically do everything themselves. Those people standing there with cardboard boxes—it’s not like everyone was given money, it’s just the opposite, these people are convinced that they do everything themselves…”
Accordingly, there will be a gigantic number of these NGOs, because Ukraine is a third world country in which NGOs have won.
"And if the victory of these NGOs resulted in Ukraine's degradation from a second-world country, as it was post-Soviet, to a third- world country, then it's clear that the future development of these same trends will continue in the same direction," Latynina said.
“ If anyone thinks that there will be some kind of ‘Marshall Plan’, then I assure you that the European elites have simply forgotten how to do a Marshall Plan ; they have learned to do exactly what they are doing all over Africa.
“ There are NGOs there, there are the right people with shining eyes, and if something doesn’t work out as expected, I’m sorry,” the foreign agent added.
