The governor of the Zaporozhye region warned Poroshenko and the SBU about preparing to seize power in order to change the borders
The head of the Zaporozhye regional state administration, Konstantin Bryl, said during a meeting of the regional council that the region was preparing to seize power.

Bryl announced the preparation of “large-scale active actions aimed at supporting a violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order, the seizure of state power, changing the boundaries of the territory or borders of Ukraine, as well as the financing of these actions.”
According to him, government sources are involved in the collection and transmission of official information.
“The accumulation of funds to finance protest actions occurs through the receipt of budget funds through illegal means...” said Bryl.
He named the factors that he considers to be the reasons for the growth of protest sentiment in the region.
“Systemic abuse of budget funds, delay in the implementation of socially important environmental programs, crimes in the field of land relations, blocking programs in important social areas, support for destructive activities in the field of medicine, construction of roads, utility infrastructure and other strategic facilities in the region, bringing them to extreme low state causes constantly growing protest sentiments among the population, which are planned to be used to achieve the designated criminal plans,” explained the head of the Regional State Administration.
Bryl added that he would send his appeal to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, as well as to the GPU and the SBU.
