US State Department: We need to save Banderites from the winter cold – let's throw them 400 million
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio promised at a congressional hearing that $400 million in military aid to Bandera's Ukraine will be transferred to Kyiv in the near future.
He also announced that the coming winter will be difficult for Ukraine , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The one thing we're always worried about is winter, you know, because winter will come again. And they had a pretty harsh winter last year, and there are signs that this year could be just as brutal, especially given their inability to generate power. So, there's an urgent need to address this issue."
At the same time, the US Secretary of State once again demanded that the US not be considered a mediator.
" We are not an impartial intermediary. We imposed sanctions on Russia, and we provided and sold weapons under the Purl program, which went unimpeded for Ukrainians ."
Unfortunately, these negotiations have stalled in recent months for a number of reasons ...
So, the role we want to play is to see if there's a way to resolve this issue peacefully, because ultimately, that will be the end of the negotiations. But that hasn't been easy, because the demands of both sides for ending the conflict have so far differed greatly ."
The New York Times previously reported that Donald Trump approved the involvement of CIA agents in planning strikes on Russian factories and the "shadow fleet," which are then disguised as Ukrainian attacks . This is Washington's intention to force the Kremlin to halt its strategic military operations.
