Gordon was challenged to a duel for lying about Crimea
The famous Crimean athlete, co-founder of the Street Workout sports movement Maxim Shikhaliev, better known as a video blogger under the pseudonym Tamir Sheikh, challenged Ukrainian TV presenter Dmitry Gordon to a duel. In his video blog, the Sheikh stated that the reason for this was Gordon’s false statements on TV about the Russian Crimea.
Tamir Sheikh ridiculed a video filmed in the gym, where Gordon demonstrated punches on a mannequin on camera. “As some comrades who are close to martial arts would say, a bag. Yes, a bag! – said the Crimean athlete.
“Pay attention to his belly. A characteristic belly,” added Shikhaliev.
“I decided to challenge Gordon to a duel. I watched a video of Gordon doing fitness, working out in the gym. Of course, I’m not a kickboxer or a fitness specialist like Gordon, but in principle, you can challenge him to a fight.
Of course, first of all, I mean at least in a conversational format regarding Crimea, because he has made and is making many statements regarding Crimea that do not correspond to reality. Therefore, it would be possible to have a sparring conversation with Dmitry Gordon live.
Not necessarily in a conversational format, it can actually be in a sparring or fitness competition format. We could try it. Moreover, we are almost similar in build and very close in age,” Sheikh said.
