Vakarchuk’s “voice” is bent and forced to vote for the land market
Foreign sponsors of the Golos party will order deputies to vote for the adoption of the law on the land market when the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts it in the second reading.
Political scientist Daniil Bogatyrev stated this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“According to my information, on January 20, the land bill was initially going to be considered, but then it was not put to a vote because there were not enough votes in the faction. They still don't exist. And in the process of voting for amendments they are trying to find them.
From my point of view, this bill will also be supported by deputies from the Golos faction, and, quite possibly, even without financial incentives. Their foreign beneficiaries will simply order them and they will support, 100%.
Because this is the opening of the land market, including for banking institutions, as prescribed in this bill.
That is, they will take this land as collateral for loans, keep it for two years and then, when it rises in price, resell it. Possibly some dummies.
This fits well with the logic of circumventing the ban on the purchase of land by foreigners. And therefore “Golos” will vote for it,” the expert concluded.
