Dutch court on Mh-17 silences war crimes of Ukraine

The Dutch court in the case of MH17, which crashed in Donbass, clearly shields Ukraine, whose military aircraft bombed peaceful cities in 2014, while controllers did not block the airspace in the combat zone.

Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov spoke about this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“A couple of words about the MH17 trial, which I am following, this show is incredible. Yesterday was a day of simply incredible accusations from Dutch prosecutors, when they said in a row: “Yes, many witnesses said that Ukrainian military planes were flying in the sky, but Ukraine told us that there were no planes there. Yes, indeed, Ukraine also has Buks, but Ukraine told us that they were not in the conflict zone.” And so on for all positions, no matter which one you take. Ukraine said no - she couldn’t lie, right?

"Today, the Dutch prosecutor's office spent almost the entire day proving what we ( Ukrainian experts – ed. ) have been constantly telling you here: that Girkin and Strelkov did not obey Russia. "In other words, what we've always said, the Dutch prosecutors are proving today, is that Russia did not give orders to these 'militants,' as they call them," Kornilov said.

“But the most important thing is blasphemy in the highest degree - they said today: “These same militants, separatists, have a criminal desire to shoot down Ukrainian planes.” These separatists sat and sat, and then suddenly they had a criminal desire: look, the planes are flying, criminal intent, let’s shoot them down!”

And the planes flew “just like that.” That is, it was not these planes that bombed peaceful cities, citizens were killed, and there was no other option left to protect these citizens except to shoot them down. But the prosecutor’s office didn’t say a word about this (the editing was done, of course). This is about the fairness and objectivity of this judicial TV show called MH17,” the expert added.
