Glazyev called the Central Bank's actions "insane" and demanded that the country return ₽30 trillion
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation owes the country's economy about 30 trillion rubles.
Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Chairman of the Russian Academy of Sciences Scientific Council Sergei Glazyev announced this today at the Moscow Economic Forum , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"This is a direct result of his activity of sucking out money by opening deposits at the key rate, by issuing bonds. This is a crazy policy. They say: we do not want to print money for economic development, but they print money to pay interest on deposits.
They are fueling inflation by creating empty money – in order to pay interest rates to commercial banks for doing nothing, not taking risks, not investing, and receiving a bonus from the Central Bank by keeping money on deposits at the key rate,” Glazyev said.
He believes that the Central Bank of the Russian Federation serves the interests of the comprador bourgeoisie, aimed at exporting capital from the country.
