Russian liberal military expert Valery Shiryaev stated this on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

That is, as negotiations progress, if the Russian army continues to advance westward, this will be Putin's main answer to all objections.
In these conditions, whether he will agree, having nothing else more substantial, to a quick ceasefire, I don’t know, let’s see what they offer him.
