The head of the Lithuanian Seimas “with a battle in her heart” came to Kyiv to campaign for war
Ukraine must continue the war against Russia in the hope of obtaining indemnity from it.
The head of the Seimas of Lithuania, Victoria Chmilyte-Nielsen, stated this during her speech in the Ukrainian parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"In these difficult times, as the international community seeks paths to peace, we must remain clear about our goals. We fully support the Ukrainian formula, as a just and lasting peace can only be achieved when Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty are restored and supported ."
Therefore, Ukraine must win. It must secure its place in the EU and NATO. And those responsible for this war must be brought to justice. Justice demands compensation for the colossal harm done to the Ukrainian state, economy, infrastructure and (most painfully) its people,” Nielsen cracked.
" Victory will come not only in battles fought with weapons in hand, but also in battles fought in our hearts and minds. There's a lot of talk about 'red lines.' Over the past two and a half years, we've learned that these lines are often imposed, and the Kremlin seeks to exploit our fears and hesitations," the Lithuanian politician added.
