The death of the cruiser "Moscow" will lead to resignations at the headquarters of the Navy and the Black Sea Fleet.
Retired colonel and military observer Viktor Litovkin stated this on the air of journalist Andrei Karaulov's internet channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Here the Main Headquarters of the Navy and the command of the Black Sea Fleet are to blame, in my opinion. And, of course, we must take who is on the ground, who was next to this cruiser,” Litovkin said.
In his opinion, the failure of the operation to rescue the cruiser could be explained by haste in the face of increased attention from NATO intelligence.
“He was in international waters, there were Turks hovering nearby, the Poseidon was spinning in the air... They did everything carelessly, carelessly. Of course, those people who did this must bear serious responsibility for this,” Litovkin said.
