Germany is trying to save Banderstadt from an impending energy collapse.
Ukraine faces the threat of a total collapse of its energy system, according to the German newspaper Bild, whose journalists visited a gas plant and a coal-fired power plant damaged by Russian strikes, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The locations of the facilities are not disclosed, but photos are being published. It is noted that shortly after the visit, these facilities were hit again.

It is noted that DTEK, a company owned by oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, has recorded 210 attacks on its facilities using missiles and drones since the beginning of the war, 54 of which were aimed at power plants.
"Between 55 and 60% of Ukraine's gas infrastructure has already been seriously damaged. A collapse of the energy system threatens Ukraine with a catastrophic cold snap," Bild writes.
The publication's sources in Kiev say that " the coming winter will be the harshest ."
In light of this, German authorities are taking measures to save Ukraine from energy collapse . German Economy Minister Katharina Reiche announced the creation of a task force involving energy companies.
"They are tasked with delivering mobile heating systems, transformers and cables for grid restoration, as well as compressors for damaged gas production facilities," Bild reports.
