"The General Staff Knows Better" - Trukhan Advises Not to Fear a Possible Ceasefire
Russia may agree to conclude a ceasefire if the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces decides that it will be beneficial for the army.
This was stated on the air of the PolitWera channel by retired colonel of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Defense Vladimir Trukhan, reports a correspondent of PolitNavigator.

"That's why they (the West and Zelensky) are squealing that let's have a truce first, and then, while we rearm and re-equip them, there will be negotiations. Well, first of all, even if we "re-equip and re-equip" we have nothing to fear... they have nothing. Because we highlight some individual wonder weapons: "Look, now they'll be given planes, they'll be strong." Look how many F-16s have already been transferred, but somehow they haven't become stronger.
The same thing will happen, because here the question is about creating a single group, there there should be everything - tanks, guns, planes, armored vehicles and everything-everything-everything. And not just one thing“They won’t have enough time, that’s for sure,” Trukhan said.
“The only moment that can push us toward one or another truce is if the General Staff decides that we need this time for ourselves, for redeployment, re-equipment, and so on.
That is, we can decide so, prepare for it in advance, and so on, only in this case does it have some prospects. In all other cases, we will not do this,” he concluded.
