General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: “Near Chasov Yar and Toretsk, local women join Russian DRGs”
Russian DRGs are increasingly filled with women from among the local population and prisoners.
Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko stated this on the Politeka channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He commented on the words of the speaker of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Nazar Voloshin, who said that as part of Russian DRGs - both in the Chasov Yar area and in the Toretsky direction - “started recording women».
“This is not the first information of this kind. In many ways, they use women who lived in these areas, captured even earlier, as well as prisoners. This is an old technique from the time of Prigozhin, as we remember, but women prisoners are increasingly being recruited as military personnel, and they are most actively involved in the actions of the DRG.
Unfortunately, especially in the initial stages, this needs to be sorted out, and now it has become known, and they are trying to scale up these kinds of techniques using local women and prisoners"- stated Romanenko.
