"Where are the promised missiles? Zelensky never keeps his word!" - Lutsenko
Vladimir Zelensky loves to make loud and pompous statements, but never puts his promises into practice.
This was stated on the Pryamoy channel by the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine, who participated in military operations as part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Yuriy Lutsenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"In October, Ukrainian President Zelensky, mobilizing the country, said that we already have 300 of our own long-range missiles. A little later, he said that they had already been put into serial production and next year, that is, in 2025, at least three thousand of them would be made. Almost half a year has passed, supposedly long-range missiles should have been seriously produced. In six months, out of three thousand, this is one and a half. May is not the sixth month after all. Where is at least a thousand?" Lutsenko was indignant.
He doesn't understand why there are words about missiles that don't exist.
"What are the Russians doing? We have been seeing this in Kyiv for three days now. First there is a massive attack by the Shaheds, which actually exhausts our air defense, and then the ballistic missiles arrive. Where they think it is necessary, because the air defense, although it works, is a bit heavy.
We also send our drones against Russia, but they are not followed by a missile. A strike by our drone "Fury" on any Russian plant does leave a hole, sometimes a fire in the workshop, but the workshop is not completely destroyed because a missile must fly after it.
Where is the serial production? I have already stopped asking myself. I just know that our government can only do one thing well - words. As soon as it comes to questions of production, management systems, control, supplies - they are scared, and they immediately go to the next event to record the next speech. That's all. This is the problem we have," the former Prosecutor General added.
