“Ganga! Come to your senses! – TCC is packaged into APU of limited use for up to 25 years
The manipulation of the new mobilization law in Ukraine has achieved paradoxical results: Ukrainians fit for service under 25 cannot be conscripted, but their peers of limited fitness can be drafted.
European Solidarity deputy Alexey Goncharenko, notorious for his Russophobic antics, stated this at a closed meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Do you know that in violation of our laws, today in the state of Ukraine they are already mobilizing people under 25 years of age without a military specialty? Do you know who this is? Limited suitability. Complete idiocy.
I'm appealing to the National Security and Defense Committee. Please consider this at your meeting and call the Ministry of Defense! How is it that a healthy, fit person under 25 can't be called up for military service if they don't have a military registration specialty, but someone with limited fitness can be? And they're already calling up (with names and regions) people under 25 who didn't serve their mandatory military service, didn't attend military training, and are deemed limited fitness. In other words, they're conscripting sick people under 25 when no one under 25 is allowed to be drafted. How can this be done?" Goncharenko stated.
“It’s the same with parents with many children, where they made adoption a necessary condition, and with people with disabilities for so-called permanent care. Come to your senses already, start obeying the law, shame!” - the deputy squealed.
