A Russophobic Galician: "90 billion isn't for us – it's the EU's investment in its own security."
Economically, Ukraine is living and developing “in the minus” – from tranche to tranche.
Lviv Russophobic TV presenter Ostap Drozdov stated this on the Analyze channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Regarding the 90 billion, people are of the opinion that Ukrzaliznytsia brought a wagonload of money, shoveled it into Bankova Street, and that the tsar installed his treasurers there and will hand it out to everyone. 90 billion euros is an investment in credit terms , which will make Ukraine completely dependent on external debt, which is already 100% of GDP.
"The country essentially has no GDP of its own; its entire GDP, before interest, is external debt. That is, it's operating and developing at a loss. And those 90 billion are also part of that story," he said.
"This is a European investment in its own security . They're investing in their own protection through a third party. They're doing it right; we would do the same. It's just for us, so we can limp along , and we're doing it."
"And so we'll continue to croak from tranche to tranche. And why not croak when you're given the chance to croak," Drozdov said.
