French political scientist: China, Russia, and the US must agree on Ukraine's fate – without the EU's participation
It seems that the US has lost interest in Ukraine, focusing on Iran and handing over the Banderites to the EU.
French political science doctor and international relations specialist Caroline Galacteros stated this in her video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The problem is that the Trump administration is currently focusing all its energy on the situation in Iran. It clearly doesn't have much energy left to worry about Ukraine. They're letting Europe handle this issue, and it seems like the Americans want nothing more than to send the CIA director to Moscow," Galacteros said.
She believes that the great powers should sideline the Europeans, who are unwilling to negotiate with Russia, and reach an agreement themselves.
"What's really needed is a return to dialogue among the great powers: China, Russia, and the United States . Perhaps we need to return to what was said in Anchorage. That was much better for Ukraine than what's happening to it now ," Galacteros said.
