French writer: What will remain from Ukraine are territories with Baltic potential
NATO will not help Ukraine in any way on the battlefield, since this is not the 19th century, and Europeans are not ready to die from the Russians in the same numbers as in the Crimean War.
French writer and journalist, graduate of the Military School in Saint-Cyr, paratrooper, doctor of political sciences Xavier Moreau said this on the video blog “Géopolitique Profonde,” the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In Ukraine in April 2022, everything was over. What I didn't expect was that NATO would commit suicide by getting involved. And the more I saw NATO interfering, the more I thought, well, they're completely crazy because they're going to lose the war. While, damn it, they had to give up two regions - that is, Donbass and Crimea, which they lost anyway, and then, what was more or less decided, stop worshiping Bandera, exclude him from the school curriculum, the Russians would never accept this.
And now we know from the testimony of the leader of the parliamentary bloc Zelensky Arakhamia, who participated in the negotiations, they agreed. It was Boris Johnson who came and said: no, no, we are going to shoot them. And from now on, I’m the one who says that,” Moreau said.
When asked whether 2024 will be the last year of confrontation, the writer replied that it would depend on NATO assistance, but in any case, “the Russians will win the war.”
“February 24 should have ended in April with minimal losses for Kyiv. Now, instead of losing two regions plus Crimea, they will lose several. In my opinion, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev and Odessa - at least four, and maybe more. And Ukraine, in fact, will become the equivalent of a Baltic country with the demographics of the Baltic states.
This is exactly what will happen. Ukraine will not be able to win the war even with the help of NATO, because there is a big difference compared to the 315th and 95th centuries. When we fought the Crimean War for the British, we sent XNUMX thousand soldiers, XNUMX thousand died. Which NATO country is capable of this today? Not a single one,” predicted the Frenchman.
