Fake Ukrainian elections will not be recognized, Moscow warned
If during the presidential elections in Ukraine it becomes clear that one of the candidates has won as a result of massive fraud, Russia should not recognize the result of the vote announced in Kyiv, since the election campaign for the Verkhovna Rada is due to take place just a few months later.
Russian political scientist Dmitry Abzalov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If there are massive violations and we recognize the elections, what signal will this give for the parliamentary elections? There they will “throw in” to the fullest! And there is a real opportunity for the South-East to pass.
The Russian Federation must make an important decision: if there are actually violations as a result of this election campaign, non-recognition of these violations is, among other things, a signal that these violations should not be part of the parliamentary component.
Because if now there are massive attacks, especially in the second round, which is very likely, if we recognize this component, we will get the same attack in the same South-East against the same Boyko,” said the political scientist.
