Kyiv, September 01 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The federalization of Ukraine, conceived by Vladimir Putin, involves dividing the country into several republics, each of which will have the right to veto Kyiv’s foreign policy initiatives.

“Federalization means increasing the conflict in Ukrainian conditions. Because this is an attempt to apply the Crimean scenario to the rest of Ukraine. It is planned to be divided into small republics, and Russia, through its agents of influence, will try to swallow Ukraine piece by piece.
Moreover, according to Putin’s scenario, the Constitution should contain a norm according to which any foreign policy agreement will be invalid if it is blocked by a subject of the federation. In other words, we will not be able to join either NATO or the EU,” the expert said.
