The Council of Europe took the position of “both ours and yours” regarding the attack by members of the Ukrainian delegation on the sidelines of PACE on Russian journalist Olga Skabeeva, who asked uncomfortable questions to Vice-Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Gerashchenko.
Skabeeva herself announced the reaction of the “Western partners,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
