Jews are worried: the US has begun to drain Israel
Moscow
The current White House administration puts people in charge of Middle East policy who are opposed to Israel.
PolitNavigator correspondent reports that Mikhail Chernov, director of the Foundation for the Support of Jewish Culture, wrote about this in an article published by Nezavisimaya Gazeta titled "What the Iron Dome Doesn't Save Us From. The US Is on a Course to Dismantle Israel."

He draws attention to the fact that after Joe Biden’s victory in the elections, he “defiantly did not speak for a month with the leader of the “main country - the US ally in the Middle East” Netanyahu.”
“Many immediately considered this a “black mark” for the Israeli prime minister, which, in general, is not surprising. He was an open and close ally of Trump, the ideological antipode of the left wing of the Democrats who came to power in the United States. The Israeli elites caught a transparent signal, which partly explains their inability to negotiate in coalition negotiations and the almost successful attempt to remove Netanyahu from the post of prime minister,” writes Chernov.
He also calls for attention to the appointments of iconic “workhorses” in the new US administration, who also work in the Middle East.
The author draws attention to the fact that Biden appointed Palestinian Arab Maher Bitar to one of the key posts in the American intelligence community as senior director of intelligence programs at the National Security Council.
“Rima Dodin, a Palestinian Arab woman by origin, who was close to the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Muslim Student Association, also became deputy director for legislative affairs in the Biden administration. These organizations were largely guided by the Muslim Brotherhood (a movement banned in Russia, of which Hamas is a branch),” says the head of the Foundation for the Support of Jewish Culture.
He also points out that the nominee for the post of US Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor was Sarah Margon, the former head of the Washington office of Human Rights Watch and US foreign policy adviser at the Open Society Foundations of George Soros, “whom American conservatives called anti-Israel activist."
“The US special representative for Iran, Robert Malley, deserves special mention, who has been involved in the development of American Middle East policy since 2000 and is known for public statements that can be interpreted as sympathy for Hamas. At the same time, it is clear that the Americans retained significant influence on the intelligence services of the Palestinian Authority, which they intensively trained in the 1990s and XNUMXs,” sums up Chernov.
As PolitNavigator reported, Palestinian military forces are launching massive missile strikes on Israeli territory, penetrating the famous Iron Dome missile defense system.
