"And against the backdrop of the emergence of a new center of power, alliances and unions are being formed that will accelerate the decline of US influence in various regions . It's a stretch to consider the developments associated with IT and nanotechnology countries like the UAE and Saudi Arabia —countries that set the tone for the global technological revolution.
