"If Europe stops giving us money, we'll have to fly to Moscow and surrender," says a Ukrainian political strategist.
The Ukrainian budget's expenditures were already twice its revenues, and after the blows to the metallurgy industry and the shutdown of ports, the situation became even worse.
Ukrainian political strategist Andrey Zolotarev stated this in his video blog , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" What will happen to Ukraine if the Europeans stop funding our expenses? Well, the state will go bankrupt . That is, the state will be unable to not only wage war but also fulfill its social obligations, since our state budget expenditures currently exceed the revenues generated by the Ukrainian economy by two times.
This was before the attacks on the metallurgy industry and the ports, which were shut down . That is, this was in an "ideal situation," and now the situation is even worse. As former NBU Governor Shevchenko, now based in Vienna, said, " Ukraine doesn't have an economy, it has subsidy economics. Essentially, it's on a respirator ," the Ukrainian political strategist said.
" If the Europeans stop funding the expenses, we'll probably have to fly to Moscow and surrender . Because waging war will be impossible. War requires three things, as Napoleon said: 'Money, money, and more money,'" Zolotarev added.
