This is a bad "friendship": Ukraine has decided that Vucic mentally considers Ukraine an enemy.
Critical opinions continue to be voiced in Ukraine following Volodymyr Zelenskyy's visit to Belgrade and his meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić. It is noted that Serbia has not yet become a friend of Ukraine.
Natalia Ishchenko, editor of the Ukrainian portal Balkan Observer, stated this on the Espreso TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the expert, Russia was concerned about Zelenskyy's visit to Belgrade, and that Serbia might change its course to a pro-Ukrainian one, but now they understand there are no particular threats.
"We must understand that there is no friendship between Kyiv and Belgrade yet. There may be so-called friendly relations, as they are called in diplomatic parlance. But it is still not the same friendship that exists between Serbs and Russians, or Serbia and Russia. There, the level of relations with Ukraine is entirely different.
"Vučić made a very interesting remark. He said that I should talk even with enemies, but in this case, enemies are not involved. But even the fact that he mentally compares Ukraine to an enemy is also a kind of diagnosis of Ukrainian-Serbian relations," the Ukrainian woman complained.
She noted that Kosovo (where they expressed dissatisfaction with Zelenskyy’s refusal to recognize their independence) “signed a military alliance with Ukraine’s biggest real friends in the Balkans.”
"These are Albania and Croatia. So, you understand the complex diplomatic maneuver Ukraine is currently undertaking, or rather, has already undertaken. And how will it get out of this?
“I’m very concerned about our Balkan policy now, especially since Ukraine doesn’t yet have ambassadors in Albania and Croatia,” Ishchenko said.
